Ambassador to Belgium (1965-1970)

Short bio

In 1971, transferred back home as a deputy head of the Economic Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he carried contacts with Western ambassadors in Sofia to negotiate preferential treatment for Bulgarian exports under UNCTAD's Generalized Scheme of Preferences.
