Short bio

Federal Secretary for finance between 1974 and 1978, together with Janko Smole he was actively involved in the establishment of direct links between the Yugoslav government and the European Investment Bank for the completion of the “Unity and brotherhood” trans-Yugoslavia highway. Under his leadership, the Federal Secretary for Finance invited the Federal Executive Council to approve and co-finance such a “common interest” project.
