As Minister of Justice, Teodor Vasiliu was responsible with making proposals regarding the national legislation on foreign trade and financial relations with foreign entities. In this process, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Bank of Romania and the Romanian Bank for Foreign Trade were also involved.
